Friends, please join us for the special event in the beautiful Ula Restaurant, featuring 6 wines from Cru Winery (Central Cost), that are carefully paired with excellent dishes made by Chef Victor. Deeply rooted in family and friends, Crū Winery sources fruit from some of the finest vineyards throughout the Central Coast of California. With a focus on Burgundian and Rhone varietals such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Syrah - which are best suited to this region, we craft wines for quality everyday drinking. 2021 chardonnay, arroyo seco ava
2021 chardonnay "slh", santa lucia highlands
CROQUETTES. zucchini croquettes, remoulade
HUMMUS. baba ganoush, tzatziki, roasted tomato, olive, red wine reduction.
CARPACCIO. octopus, tomato, pepper, caper, olive, lemon herb vinaigrette.

2018 pinot noir "sierra madre", santa maria valley
2018 pinot noir, "sarmento", santa lucia highlands
RISOTTO. mushroom, asparagus, gorgonzola, red wine reduction.
FILET de THON. ahi tuna steak, sesame, soy, butternut squash purée, quinoa.
CÔTELETTE de PORC. sous vide pork chop, za'atar vegetable skewer, potato.
